Founded in 2016 as a Private Limited Company with a focus on agricultural services, Amarjyot began its journey with a clear vision, to deliver reliable, value-driven solutions that empower industries and communities alike. MILESTONES

2016

 

Incorporated Amarjyot Agro Commodities Private Limited as a family-owned business, primarily engaged in the import of pulses.

2018

 

Expanded operations by commencing imports of MS and CI scrap.

2020

 

Renamed to Amarjyot Commodities Private Limited to reflect diversification into multiple import segments.

2022

 

Marked a transition from the family-owned structure to a solely owned business. Established Amarjyot Tradecorp Private Limited, exclusively dedicated to agro products trading.

2023

 

Incorporated Amarjyot Multitrade Private Limited to consolidate the group’s MS and CI scrap trading operations.

Additionally, initiated Shree Enterprise, a joint venture focused on non-ferrous metal trading.

2024

Commissioned a state-of-the-art Tyre Recycling Plant in Gandhidham, Kutch.

Transitioned to Amarjyot Commodities Limited (Public Limited Company), focusing solely on tyre scrap operations.

Established Divine (CHA Firm) and Dharmabhakti (Logistics) to strengthen in-house customs clearance and logistics management.
